Since September 2013, I am a doctorate student with an Erasmus Mundus Action 2 grant at the Department of Telematics Engineering of the University of Vigo under the supervision of Dr. Rebeca P. Díaz Redondo and Dr. Ana Fernández Vilas. I obtained my Diploma of Technology from the University of Monastir in 2008 and my National Diploma of Engineering in applied Sciences and Technology in 2011 from the University of Sousse. My research work focus on social networks in smart communities, studying human crowds and event detection based on location-based social networks (LBSNs). I am a member of Equitable Development Association, since January 2012 as the Information coordinator.
